Snapask

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Snapask is an online education platform that primarily connects students with qualified instructors through chat-based live question-and-answer tutoring sessions. Snapask has since expanded its core business to content offerings, where students can learn at their own pace through live and pre-recorded video courses, which ultimately furthers the Company’s vision to provide a holistic and self-directed education service. Snapask operates in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

What drew us to the Company was the pan-regional multi-country nature of its platform, with strong growth momentum, and favourable unit economics. With Education being an essential sector, yet seeing a limited supply of high-quality companies, we found Snapask highly attractive. A significant portion of the fundraising was earmarked for content investments, which the Company has since made its foray in, successfully.
